By downloading, installing, or using the Travel Mapper application (“App”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree, please remove the app from your device.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license. You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Travel data, photos, and notes you add to the App belong to you. Secure servers are used to store this data; however, no liability is accepted for data loss. You are responsible for content you post (e.g. place ratings) and must not post unlawful or infringing content.
You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the App. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.
You may not use the App for illegal purposes, reverse engineer it, or use it in a way that violates the rights of others.
The App is provided “as is”. The developer cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.

Travel Mapper uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) indirerek, kurarak veya kullanarak bu Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi’ni (“EULA”) kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı cihazınızdan kaldırın.
Size kişisel, devredilemez, münhasır olmayan, sınırlı bir lisans verilmektedir. Uygulamayı yalnızca kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanabilirsiniz.
Uygulama, otomatik yenilenen abonelikler sunmaktadır:
Ödemeler, satın alma onayında Apple ID hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği takdirde aynı fiyat üzerinden otomatik olarak yenilenir. Aboneliklerinizi cihazınızın Ayarlar > Apple ID > Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.
Uygulamaya eklediğiniz seyahat verileri, fotoğraflar ve notlar tamamen size aittir. Bu verileri saklamak için güvenli sunucular kullanılmaktadır; ancak veri kaybından doğacak sorumluluk kabul edilmez. Paylaştığınız içerikten (ör. yer puanları) siz sorumlusunuz; yasa dışı veya hak ihlali içeren içerik paylaşamazsınız.
Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulama içinden kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Hesap silindikten sonra tüm verileriniz sunucularımızdan geri getirilemez şekilde silinir.
Uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçlarla, tersine mühendislik yaparak veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal edecek şekilde kullanamazsınız.
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulmaktadır. Geliştirici, uygulamanın kullanımından doğabilecek doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
